Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds, and we will do exchanges only as permitted below:
We guarantee that all the products we sell are of the highest quality. It is our goal to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with his or her purchase. We do know that sometimes returns are unavoidable due to defective items or a wrong choice. If you need to return a item, Please be sure to read our returns policy and guidelines carefully before doing so. We want to make sure an exchange or credit is just as pleasurable as the initial purchase.
All Returns require an RA Number be issued FIRST. Please be sure to contact us to insure that your return is acceptable and does not end up being refused and returned back to you.
Once your request is received we will reply back to you with approval or denial of your return. If approved, an RA number will be issued along with instructions on how to send it back to us. In the case of it not being an approved return we will reply with a specific explanation of why it was denied.
Returns Within 30 Days (non defective items) If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days other than it being defective, you may return it for in-house credit toward another item. The only additional charge you will incur is the shipping charge to send you your replacment. (One replacement per customer per order please) This includes all items except opened VHS, DVDs, Lingerie, and shoes that have been worn. These items are NOT returnable unless defective and replaced with the same only. In the case of an item being defective and not in stock at the time of your return, it will be replaced with a item of equal or greater value.
Returns up to 30 Days (defective items) Up to 30 days, you may return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
Returns up to 90 Days (defective items) Up to 90 days, you may still return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. The only charge you will incur is the actual shipping costs to send a new replacement out to you. Again, we will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide you the opportunity to choose a replacement of equal or greater value.
We are not responsible for refunds or replacements of shipments of orders that have been delivered and confirmed by the carrier used. If have not received your package, please contact us and we will confirm it's status. If you should not receive a package that is confirmed, we ask that you contact your carrier.
